We are looking for an experienced Senior ERP Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, driving program governance, execution, and successful delivery through go-live and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ERP program planning, execution, and governance.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate business stakeholders, system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Drive executive communications, status reporting, and steering committee meetings.
Oversee testing, data migration, integrations, cutover, deployment, and stabilization.
Must-Have Qualifications:
10+ years of project/program management experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud.
Strong system integrator and vendor management experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred:
Retail industry experience.
Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), particularly Lectra Kubix.
