Requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical and functional issues, with the ability to recommend practical and sustainable solutions.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), business requirements documentation, solution design artifacts, and comprehensive test scenarios.
- Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI) modules, including business processes, configuration, and support activities.
