Senior Full Stack Developer

Tasks

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices and secure APIs in Python.
• Build intuitive, performant financial dashboards and web applications using React.js and modern UI frameworks.
• Design, optimize, and tune relational database schemas, complex SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Ensure data integrity, transaction safety, and high-throughput execution across enterprise financial platforms.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering leaders, product managers, and quantitative analysts in an Agile setting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise full-stack development experience.
• Proven prior background within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Banking environments.
• Strong command of Python, React.js, and SQL performance tuning.
• Open to candidates authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship. (Independent W2 / Independent C2C eligible).
• Immediate readiness to commit to a 4-day onsite schedule in Boston, MA.
