Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

We are building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal (MSK) care.

We're developing innovative solutions across patient engagement, clinical workflows, and revenue cycle management (RCM) to help healthcare providers operate more efficiently and deliver better care.

Tasks

• Build revenue cycle management (RCM) tools to automate billing, CPT coding, and claims workflows.
• Develop and enhance patient portals, care management platforms, and internal staff tools.
• Own features end-to-end, from database schema design and backend APIs to frontend development and production releases.
• Work with complex clinical and patient data to deliver actionable insights for healthcare providers.
• Ensure the security, privacy, and HIPAA compliance of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Experience working in early-stage startups with end-to-end ownership of features or systems.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills; Vue 3 preferred, React experience welcome.
• Backend expertise in Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and Mongoose.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take products from concept to production.
• Preferred: Experience in digital health, healthcare billing, EHR integrations, or PHI handling.
• Preferred: Previous founder or co-founder experience.
• Preferred: Exposure to Python (Flask), AWS, or Terraform.
• Preferred: Familiarity with contract-first API architecture and HIPAA/PHI security standards.

• Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Monday–Wednesday)
