Job description
About the role
build innovative healthcare platforms, automate complex workflows, and deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Fullstack Software Engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue 3, or React.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB / Mongoose.
- Proven experience in early-stage startups with end-to-end product ownership.
- Strong knowledge of API development, system design, and data modeling.
- Ability to independently build and deliver features from concept to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Preferred: Healthcare / HealthTech / RCM domain experience.
- Preferred: Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, EHR integrations, or medical billing workflows.
- Preferred: Experience with Python (Flask), AWS, or Terraform.
- Preferred: Founder or founding engineer background.
