Senior Genesys Cloud CX Engineer

Tasks

• Design & configure contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architect
• Build & optimize IVR routing, queues, skills, and call flows
• Develop secure integrations via Genesys Cloud APIs, OAuth, REST, JSON, and Data Actions
• Provide Tier 3 engineering support & root-cause analysis for high-impact incidents
• Set up proactive monitoring, alerting, and platform governance (least-privilege)

Requirements

• 7+ years engineering enterprise contact center/telecom solutions
• 5+ years hands-on with Genesys Cloud CX
• Strong skills in Genesys Architect, ACD/skills-based routing, Data Actions, Genesys Cloud APIs, OAuth, CX as Code, and Archy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
