Requirements

• 7+ Years
• Hands-on production experience with GCP & GKE
• Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) & Kubernetes
• Terraform – Infrastructure as Code
• Argo CD – GitOps
• Helm Charts
• GCP IAM, Service Accounts & Workload Identity Federation
• Istio Service Mesh & mTLS
• Kubernetes Operators, CRDs & cert-manager
• Network Policies, VPC & Firewall Configuration
• Policy Enforcement – OPA Gatekeeper / Kyverno
• Cluster Autoscaling, Monitoring & Observability
• GitHub Actions / CI/CD (nice-to-have)
• Golang for operators and controllers (nice-to-have)
• CKA / CKAD / CKS or Google Cloud certifications (nice-to-have)
• SRE practices, incident response and SLOs (nice-to-have)
• Financial services or regulated-industry experience (nice-to-have)
