Senior Growth Engineer

About the role

Firecrawl transforms web content into clean, structured, LLM-ready data through a simple API.

Tasks

• Build and improve signup, onboarding, activation, and upgrade experiences.
• Develop full-stack features using modern web technologies.
• Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Analyse conversion funnels, event tracking, SQL data, and product analytics.
• Form hypotheses, measure results, and iterate quickly.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development.
• Partner with leadership to shape the growth roadmap and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• 5–12 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Proven experience building end-to-end PLG features with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel analytics.
• Daily proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Strong product thinking, ownership, and execution skills.
