Senior Host Senior Operator

Oversee the day-to-day operations of serviced apartment properties.
Coordinate guest check-in & check-out processes.
Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Ensure properties meet high hospitality and service standards.
Monitor facilities and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Ensure an excellent guest experience throughout the stay.
Lead on-site operations and manage daily property activities.
Take ownership of operational performance, team coordination, and service quality.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
Hospitality
Hotel Operations
Guest Relations
Facilities Management
Good command of English, spoken and written.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proactive, responsible, and strong sense of ownership.
Willingness to work on-site across Cairo.
