We are seeking candidates with hands-on mainframe systems programming and team leadership experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of mainframe infrastructure operations
• Lead and manage a team of system programmers
• Drive stability, performance, and modernization of enterprise mainframe environments
• Oversee 24/7 production operations, incident response, and system health monitoring
• Plan and execute hardware and software upgrades including z/OS, storage, VTS, and processors
• Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
• Drive automation, performance tuning, and workload optimization
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and data center teams

🔴 Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise mainframe experience
• Proven expertise in mainframe systems programming and infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of:
  • z/OS
  • CICS
  • DB2
  • IMS
• Strong experience with:
  • JES2, SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, SDSF
• Hands-on experience supporting 24/7 production environments
• Experience with monitoring and performance tools such as OMEGAMON and SMF
• Proven incident ownership and resolution skills in critical environments
