Job description
Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain middleware and front-end applications using AWS and hyperautomation technologies.
- Build and support web chat/widgets and Virtual Assistant platforms.
- Integrate Azure AI Services, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise applications using REST APIs.
- Develop system design documentation, perform coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor platform performance and collaborate with network teams on DNS, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Support cloud deployments, migrations, and CI/CD initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Node.js, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Docker, and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS/Azure technologies, including ECS, Fargate, RDS, PostgreSQL, CloudFormation, S3, and CloudFront.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Jenkins/GitHub CI/CD, DNS, firewalls, and F5 Load Balancers.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Conversational AI, Generative AI, Contact Center Cloud, and Virtual Assistant experience are preferred.
