About the role
Talentportus is seeking a Senior Lead ServiceNow Developer.
Requirements
- Senior/Lead ServiceNow development experience and 2+ major end-to-end ServiceNow implementations or migrations.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ServiceNow App Engine, Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow integrations.
- JavaScript client- and server-side development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Experience with Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, platform upgrades, and migrations.
- Required certifications: ServiceNow CSA and ServiceNow CAD. CIS – ITSM / ITOM / CSM certifications preferred.
