Senior LeanIX Engineer

Tasks

• Set up and configure SAP LeanIX, including workspaces, meta-models, custom fact sheets, tags, and ownership frameworks.
• Integrate LeanIX with ServiceNow CMDB, HR and identity systems, and cloud platforms using REST/GraphQL APIs, JSON, Python or JavaScript, and LeanIX Integration Hub.
• Establish data governance, automated data quality scoring, surveys and attestations, change control, and stewardship processes.
• Build reports, executive dashboards, and architecture diagrams that support application rationalization (TIME/6R), technology risk management, and business capability mapping.
• Develop phased platform roadmaps and drive adoption through documentation, runbooks, training, and collaboration with senior IT and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Enterprise Architecture, IT Asset or Portfolio Management, or Platform Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP LeanIX experience.
• Experience implementing LeanIX from scratch in complex enterprise environments.
• Practical knowledge of TOGAF, Enterprise Architecture frameworks, and application rationalization.
• A combination of technical engineering, integration, EA consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
