Senior Litigation Associate - Employment Litigation & Counseling

Tasks

• Handle employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, wage/hour and executive matters.
• Manage discovery, draft substantive motions and conduct or defend depositions.
• Support hearings, mediations, workplace investigations and employment compliance counseling.

Requirements

• 6+ years litigation; employment cases required
• Employment litigation, dispositive motions and discovery management.
• California employment statutes and civil procedure.
• Strong writing/analysis.
• Active CA Bar or prompt admission capability.
• Preferred: Plaintiff and defense work, wage/hour class or representative actions, executive disputes, trade secrets, investigations and employer counseling.

Schedule

• Office locations: San Francisco, Newport Beach or West Palm Beach.
