3+ years of L2 / Advanced Endpoint Support
Strong macOS, Terminal, Bash & Zsh
Shell script troubleshooting and remediation
macOS file systems, permissions, processes, services & logs
LaunchAgents, LaunchDaemons, Keychain, FileVault & Disk Utility
Application installation, repair, upgrade & removal
Troubleshooting PATH, dependencies, certificates, packages & permissions
Enterprise macOS endpoint support
Jamf Pro / Kandji / Microsoft Intune preferred
Python or AppleScript preferred
MDM, configuration profiles & endpoint security knowledge
