About the role

Latham & Watkins is one of the world’s leading global law firms, advising businesses and institutions that drive the global economy. The Senior Manager of Real Estate – Capital Projects (US) is part of Latham’s Global Real Estate team and is responsible for executing and delivering complex capital projects across the firm’s portfolio, with a primary focus on the United States. The role leads office fit-outs, renovations, and strategic investments, primarily across US locations. It will be located in either the Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York or Washington, D.C. office. The role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all project phases, including planning, design development, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts, including variance tracking and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business requirements and expectations.
  • Work with the broader Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience team, including leasing, workplace strategy and design, and data teams, to support integrated project delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional workstreams, including technology, to align infrastructure, AV, security, and digital requirements within projects.
