Key Responsibilities Develop and implement CNC programs aligned with part specifications. Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and minimize waste. Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machinery to ensure peak performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Analyze production metrics and generate detailed reports on outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to uphold manufacturing excellence. Train junior engineers and operators on CNC technologies and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. Proven expertise in CNC programming and machining. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with industry-standard CNC software and tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. This role requires close interaction with engineers, production staff, and quality assurance teams, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.
