Jobs Mediator Ltd is seeking a talented Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Diego, California. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $135,000 per year and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge embedded systems projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain embedded software applications using C/C++ programming languages. Implement cryptography solutions to ensure secure data transmission and system integrity. Perform hardware/software integration and rigorous testing to validate embedded system functionality. Utilize advanced debugging techniques to troubleshoot and resolve embedded software issues efficiently. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and product managers to define software requirements and specifications. Participate in design reviews and contribute comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to embedded systems and cybersecurity. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field. Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming with hands-on development experience. Experience implementing cryptographic algorithms and security protocols. Strong skills in hardware/software integration and system-level testing. Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in embedded software development preferred. This position requires effective collaboration across diverse teams to ensure embedded solutions meet project goals. Reporting will be within the engineering department, fostering a cooperative and innovative work environment. Our technical environment includes a variety of embedded software development tools and hardware integration projects. Team members work closely with other departments to deliver high-quality embedded products.
