About the role
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. Its family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center.
The Core Tech Manufacturing Team rapidly iterates and builds defense hardware, specializing in battery integration, advanced actuation systems, and energetics for Anduril’s sea and air vehicle platforms. As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Core Technologies, you will drive end-to-end manufacturing development and production of high-performance hardware across these domains, supporting robust operation and reliability in challenging sea and air vehicle environments.
Responsibilities
- Work across the manufacturing value chain, including Design for Manufacturability (DFM), specialized tooling, process optimization, vendor management, quality planning, and comprehensive documentation for high-reliability hardware.
- Support precision mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical assembly.
- Develop and produce high-performance hardware across critical Core Technology domains.
- Solve complex technical challenges with creative, physical solutions, personally manufactured or overseen.
