Senior Marketing Executive – Field Marketing (Tiles Showroom)

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive specializing in Field Marketing for our Tiles Showroom located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive leads for the showroom, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies that inform our marketing approach. Manage showroom events and promotions, coordinating all logistics to ensure successful execution and customer engagement. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and measure campaign effectiveness. Work alongside graphic designers and content creators to produce relevant marketing materials and ensure brand consistency. Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize return on investment. Present marketing plans and results to senior management to communicate progress and recommend future initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business. Proven experience in field marketing, preferably within the retail or tiles industry. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and CRM software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with event planning and execution is a plus. At least 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience is preferred.
