Job description
We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Executive to support our tiles showroom in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to strengthen brand visibility, increase showroom foot traffic, generate leads, and contribute to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute targeted field marketing campaigns using digital and traditional channels to generate showroom leads.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform marketing plans.
- Coordinate showroom events and promotions, managing logistics and customer engagement.
- Partner with the sales team to align campaigns with sales objectives and assess results.
- Work with designers and content creators to develop relevant materials and maintain brand consistency.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust marketing strategies to improve return on investment.
- Present marketing plans, results, and recommendations to senior management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
