Call Center Executive in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Pringle Technologies is hiring a full-time Call Center Executive in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. In this customer service role, you’ll answer incoming calls, support customers, and help deliver a positive client experience. This is an on-site position offering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide customers with accurate information promptly.
• Address customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience, working toward satisfactory resolutions.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in company systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery and share effective practices.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Adapt to changing workflows and handle peak call volumes while maintaining service quality.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow data security practices.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field; recent B.Tech graduates are not eligible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures and systems.

Team and Reporting

You’ll work with supervisors and fellow call center executives in a supportive, collaborative environment and report to the Call Center Manager. Open communication and teamwork help the team meet its service targets.

Compensation and Employment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, with pay of 17000 per month.
