10+ years of experience in .Net Full Stack
Hands-on LLM integration experience (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) — prompt engineering, streaming responses, hallucination mitigation, agentic AI workflows
Active daily user of AI coding tools: Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code
Proven Next.js experience — App Router, Server Components, Server Actions (React / Angular alone won't qualify)
Event-driven architecture: Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
Document DB design: Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or similar NoSQL
