Key Responsibilities Assist in conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications. Support the recruitment team by posting job openings on multiple platforms and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS). Prepare and organize candidate materials for hiring manager reviews and interviews. Participate in outreach activities to attract diverse talent pools and engage potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Collect and analyze recruitment data to track success metrics and enhance hiring processes. Contribute insights and recommendations during team meetings to improve recruitment strategies. Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect effectively. Familiarity with MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior internship or relevant experience is advantageous.
