Work from home anywhere in the world and choose your working hours. Key Responsibilities Assist in conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications. Support the recruitment team by posting job openings on various platforms and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS). Prepare and organize candidate materials for hiring manager reviews and interviews. Participate in outreach activities to attract diverse talent pools and engage potential candidates. Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Gather and analyze recruitment data to track success metrics and improve processes. Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and recommendations related to recruitment strategy. Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect effectively. Experience with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Prior internship or relevant experience is advantageous.
