🔑 Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift 4.x administration
Linux administration: RHEL / CoreOS
Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cluster troubleshooting
Cluster upgrades, production support, and high availability
Shell, Bash, and Python scripting
Jenkins, Git, Ansible, GitOps, and ArgoCD
Monitoring and logging: Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Fluentd
Production incident management, RCA, and on-call support
Kubernetes networking, Istio, and service mesh
Microsoft Azure cloud experience
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
CKA certification
Red Hat OpenShift Administration certification
Banking or financial services experience
