Senior Operations Architect (Executive Operations Administrator) | Remote (Dominican Republic).
One of our clients has entrusted Wolf Consulting with leading the search for an experienced Senior Operations Architect to help build operational structure, improve accountability, and support leadership within a growing organization.
📍 Important: Applicants must currently reside in the Dominican Republic. Due to operational requirements and time zone alignment, only candidates based in the Dominican Republic will be considered for this position.This is not an Executive Assistant role.We're looking for an experienced operations professional who has successfully built systems, implemented processes, and helped growing businesses create structure, accountability, and operational excellence.
Position Details• Remote • Part-Time (approximately 10 hours per week) • Independent Contractor
Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Improve operational workflows and accountability. • Coordinate projects, priorities, and leadership initiatives. • Support organizational planning and execution. • Build scalable operational systems.
Ideal Candidate✔ Currently resides in the Dominican Republic. ✔ Extensive operations management experience. ✔ Experience building systems, SOPs, and operational processes. ✔ Professional English and Spanish. ✔ Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. ✔ Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented.
