🚀 HIRING: Senior Palantir FDE / Databricks Migration Engineer
📍 Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid – up to 3 days/week onsite)

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Palantir Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) to drive a critical enterprise migration from Palantir Foundry to Databricks
This is a high-visibility, client-facing role requiring deep expertise in reverse-engineering Foundry architectures and rebuilding equivalent capabilities within Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
Reverse-engineer existing Palantir Foundry implementations, pipelines, and applications.
Rebuild and optimize data pipelines, semantic layers, and workflows within Databricks.
Interface directly with key business stakeholders to translate end-to-end workflows into production-grade data models.
Must-Have Qualifications
Palantir Foundry: Deep hands-on experience as an FDE, FDSE, Deployment Strategist, or lead Foundry developer (Foundry Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Workshop, Actions/Functions).
Databricks Ecosystem: Strong background in Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Workflows/Pipelines.
Core Tech: Advanced Python & SQL skills.
Communication: Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
Seniority: 15+ years of overall IT experience.
Nice-to-Have
Direct experience migrating workloads from Foundry to Databricks.
Exposure to Databricks Mosaic AI / AIP / GenAI / Agents.
Knowledge graphs, semantic layers, Databricks Apps, React, or Streamlit.
Domain knowledge in manufacturing, retail, or product data systems.
