Job description
Tasks
- Develop, enhance, and support Pega-based healthcare claims-processing applications.
- Work on claims workflows, COB processes, and business rules.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth application delivery.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development and production support
- Mandatory experience in the Healthcare Payer domain
- Strong experience in Healthcare Claims Processing
- Hands-on experience with Coordination of Benefits (COB)
- Experience in Pega application design, configuration, testing, debugging, and implementation
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone (ET)
- Work Authorization: USC / GC preferred
