Senior Power BI Developer

About the role

Build impactful data solutions and drive self-service analytics in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Tasks

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Optimize data models, advanced DAX, and Power Query (M) for performance.
• Implement data governance, Row-Level Security (RLS), and workspace management.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years in BI/Analytics, including 4+ years dedicated to Power BI
• Pharmaceutical experience required
• Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Advanced DAX and Power Query (M)
• Star schema and Snowflake data modeling
• SQL Server and Azure SQL
• Data pipelines and ETL/ELT
• Row-Level Security (RLS)
• Deployment pipelines and data governance
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and leadership skills
• Local candidates only
