Senior Principal (FACADES)

TYG is partnering with a leading specialist consultancy that is seeking to hire a Senior Principal to join its Building Envelope practice in New York.
This is a highly visible leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the continued growth of an established practice while leading complex, high profile building enclosure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex building envelope projects across new construction, rehabilitation and commissioningDevelop and maintain senior relationships with major owners, architects, developers and industry partnersDrive business development, strategic pursuits and the expansion of key client accountsProvide senior technical oversight across facades, waterproofing, fenestration, roofing and specialty enclosure systemsMentor senior technical staff and support the development of future leaders within the practiceHelp shape business strategy, operational priorities and long term growth initiativesSupport the financial performance and continued expansion of the New York practice
Requirements
15+ years of experience in building envelope consulting, design or a related field preferredPE, RA or equivalent professional licensureStrong technical expertise across facade and building enclosure systemsProven experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teamsEstablished client relationships and a track record of developing new businessExperience managing and growing a consulting practiceStrong client facing, leadership and communication skills
