Principal Full-Stack Developer in Magalia, CA - Grove Vance

Grove Vance is seeking a skilled Principal Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team in Magalia, California. This full-time role demands expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable, high-quality web applications that enhance user experience and product success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust features across the entire technology stack, including front-end and back-end components.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure efficient client-server communication.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and refine project requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript code using React for front-end and Node.js with Express for back-end development.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold best coding practices and high-quality standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues promptly to maintain system reliability.
• Stay current with emerging industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development workflows.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, Express, JavaScript, and REST API development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-stack development roles.

This role involves close collaboration with developers, product managers, designers, and quality assurance teams to deliver innovative software solutions. Reporting to the technical lead, you will actively participate in team discussions and knowledge sharing to foster continuous improvement.
