Principal Full-Stack Developer in Magalia, CA

Grove Vance is seeking a skilled Principal Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team in Magalia, California, United States. This full-time role demands expertise in building scalable web applications and a passion for both front-end and back-end development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop features across the full technology stack, including front-end and back-end components.
• Implement RESTful APIs to ensure seamless client-server communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript code using React on the front-end and Node.js with Express on the back-end.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold high code quality and best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues, delivering timely solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, Express, JavaScript, and REST API development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-stack development.

This position involves close collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers to create innovative software solutions. Reporting to the technical lead, you will also work alongside the quality assurance team to ensure project success. Active participation in team discussions and knowledge sharing is highly encouraged.
