- Enterprise technology and Cloud Migration experience.
- Stakeholder and vendor management.
- Preferred: Genesys / Genesys Cloud experience.
- Preferred: Workforce Management solutions.
- Preferred: Contact Center transformation.
- Preferred: AI implementation and Microsoft Copilot experience.
- Preferred: Enterprise integrations and KPI-driven product management.
