Tasks

Lead the development and evolution of Enterprise Technology products, primarily focused on Workforce Management and Voice/Contact Center solutions.
Build capabilities around IVR call routing, voice technology, and migrate existing solutions to the cloud.

Requirements

12+ - 20 Years experience
Genesys experience, particularly Genesys Cloud, is a huge plus.
AI implementation and Copilot experience.
Enterprise integrations and KPI-driven product management.
