Job description
Requirements
- 12-18 years of experience
- 3-5 years in Product Ownership or Business Analysis
- Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and PI Planning
- Banking domain knowledge: payments, digital banking, lending, cards, core banking, KYC, or AML
- Strong backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria definition
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
- Preferred: SAFe POPM or CSPO certification
- Preferred: Experience in banking transformation, payment platforms, or core banking systems
- Preferred: Understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial services processes
- Visa: Any
- Local or nearby candidates only
