Senior Program Manager

About the role

Lead large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiatives within the investment banking domain.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Program Management and Leadership experience
• 10+ years of Java/J2EE and Enterprise Architecture experience
• 8+ years of Cloud and Banking/FinTech experience
• 3+ years of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and LLM experience
• Proven experience managing enterprise programs with budgets exceeding $10M
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite stakeholders
• Expertise in enterprise transformation, application modernization, and strategic program delivery
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Knowledge of AI Governance, RAG, AI Agent Orchestration, and Intelligent Automation
• Strong stakeholder management, change management, risk management, and program governance skills
• US Citizens Only
