Tasks

  • Lead $5M-$20M projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Own project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance
  • Partner with clients, designers, and field teams to resolve issues and keep work moving
  • Lead safety, quality, and contract compliance while mentoring project staff

Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong Class A office interiors background, with healthcare experience a plus
  • Proven success delivering $5M-$20M projects and managing client relationships

Schedule

  • Light travel within Florida
