Bathroom & Flooring Remodeling

In-Person

Tasks

• Lead and manage remodeling projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to Premier standards
• Maintain exceptional communication with customers
• Review jobs before and after installation
• Schedule and manage service calls
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a basic capacity
• Maintain project documentation and data entry in CRM

Requirements

• 5 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Reliable transportation to get to and from the office and job sites
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Ambition & self-motivation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
