The team is working through a major business and technology transformation, including changes to operational workflows, medical records, and business systems.

Tasks

• Take ownership of defined projects.
• Work across departments.
• Address problems directly.
• Keep things moving when priorities change or stakeholders disagree.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong business process improvement experience and the ability to work independently across different departments.
• Someone who can handle pushback, challenge stakeholders when necessary, resolve conflicts, and drive projects to completion without relying on rigid processes.
• Healthcare, medical device, Salesforce, or document management experience is helpful but not required.
