Senior Project Manager – ADMS

About the role

Lead the implementation and delivery of Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) within a utility / Operational Technology environment.

Tasks

• Own the full project lifecycle - scope, cost, schedule, risks, resources, vendors, subcontractors, technical delivery, testing, production turnover, and client migration.
• Lead end-to-end ADMS project delivery.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule & risk.
• Manage multiple technical & business workstreams.
• Manage project teams, consultants &; technical resources.
• Manage vendors & subcontractors.
• Plan resources & forecasting.
• Manage project budgets & financial performance.
• Assess risks & mitigation plans.
• Manage project schedules & delivery milestones.
• Communicate with executive & client stakeholders.
• Lead the project core team and present to client leadership, Steering Committees, Senior Executives, internal leadership, vendors & strategic partners.
• Communicate project progress, changes from baseline plans, emerging risks, resource requirements, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex technology programs involving Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), Operational Technology (OT), Real-Time Systems, Utility / Electric Distribution environments, Systems Analysis & Technical Design, Enterprise System Implementation, Testing & Production Turnover, and Client Migration & Deployment.
