Senior Project Manager - BMS/Control Systems

Role Description The Senior Project Manager – BMS/Control Systems role is a full-time position responsible for leading complex projects related to building management systems (BMS) and control systems across data center facilities in Wichita Falls or Dallas/Ft Worth TX. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, while ensuring adherence to technical standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders, managing logistics for equipment and services, tracking project progress, and resolving issues that may impact timelines or quality. The Senior Project Manager will also supervise expediting activities to ensure timely procurement, inspection, and delivery of materials, and will maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and performance reviews. The role requires proactive communication, risk management, and continuous improvement of project execution processes in alignment with commitment to reliability and structured outcomes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and budget oversight.Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting capabilities to drive timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up with vendors and contractors.Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify equipment and system installations meet technical specifications, safety standards, and compliance requirements.Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, shipments, and site readiness across multiple projects and locations.Relevant experience with BMS/Control Systems in mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers, healthcare, utilities, or industrial facilities).Proficiency with project management tools and documentation practices, including status reporting, change management, and audit-ready records.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality in technical and operational work.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.5+ years of project management experience
