About the role
Timberline Construction Corporation (TCC) is a full-service construction management firm providing construction management, preconstruction and design-build services to leading institutions, corporations and developers. The company serves science and technology, corporate, commercial, academic and multi-family residential market sectors, and handles fast-track, logistically complex projects.
The Senior Project Manager plans, directs and coordinates construction projects, overseeing planning, scheduling and implementation to help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to define project deliverables, cost estimates and major milestones.
- Develop the relationship between TCC and the client.
- Ensure contract specifications between all parties.
- Support the Estimator on bid walks as required, determining equipment and labor requirements.
- Review preconstruction requirements with Superintendents.
- Perform project buyout in accordance with company standards and in a timely manner, considering the project schedule, submittal review process and long lead time materials and equipment.
- Create project schedules identifying workflow, timeframes, major milestones, client-provided items and vendors.
