Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and labor teams to support efficient on-site work.
• Communicate with clients, provide progress updates, and respond to questions.
• Follow applicable safety regulations and quality standards.
• Document project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and Encircle required.
• Project management experience, preferably in mitigation or restoration, is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with varied stakeholders.

Team and Reporting

Work collaboratively with project managers, technicians, and administrative staff. The role reports to upper management and contributes to project visibility and accountability.
