About the role
Build a firmwide AI Development Platform and drive enterprise-scale adoption of Generative AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Python Development & Software Engineering
- Generative AI & AI Platform Development
- Kubernetes & Containerized Workloads
- APIs, SDKs & Distributed Systems
- LangChain, LangGraph & Agentic AI
- Vector Databases & Embeddings
- CI/CD, GitOps & DevOps Practices
- Software Design, TDD & Code Reviews
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, OpenAI, Llama, Hugging Face, and enterprise AI platforms is highly preferred.
- Terraform, OAuth, Grafana, Prometheus, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices experience are a plus.
