Required Qualifications:
Must-haves:
Strong Python 3.x fundamentals: type hints/typing, interfaces, mypy-style discipline
Solid OOP using classes (design patterns, clean abstractions, SOLID)
Build/maintain backend services + REST APIs, validation, error handling
Unit testing (PyTest), mocking, readable code reviews
Nice-to-haves:
Basic cloud/service deployment exposure (containers, CI/CD)
Async Python experience (asyncio)
