About the role
Lead QA automation initiatives and build scalable automation frameworks.
Tasks
- Design and develop robust UI and E2E automation frameworks using Python, Playwright, and Pytest.
- Integrate automated testing into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead QA teams, conduct code reviews, and establish automation best practices.
- Drive Smoke, Sanity, Regression, and Integration testing.
- Explore AI/GenAI-driven QA automation and intelligent test generation.
Requirements
- 12+ Years
- Python & Playwright Automation
- Pytest Framework Development
- Jenkins CI/CD Integration
- UI, API & End-to-End Testing
- Automation Framework Architecture
- QA Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Database Validation & Test Reporting
