Job description
Tasks
- Design, build, and optimize high-concurrency web applications, APIs, and scalable backend services.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of overall software engineering experience (6+ years in a Senior role).
- 6+ years of hands-on expertise with Ruby on Rails and core Ruby.
- Strong full-stack development skills: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Proven track record designing scalable APIs (REST, RPC, ProtoBuf, JSON).
- Familiarity with integrating GenAI into developer workflows.
- Strong plus: Secondary experience in compiled high-concurrency languages (GoLang, Java) and testing/CI tooling (RSpec, CircleCI, Jenkins, AWS).
