Senior RUST Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior RUST Software Developer to join our innovative team in Herndon, Virginia. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using RUST and C/C++. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design through coding, testing, and deployment. Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to enhance functionality and improve performance. Document software design, architecture, processes, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in software development using RUST and C/C++. Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. Familiarity with industry-standard software development tools and practices. Prior experience working in agile development environments is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
