Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of enterprise Salesforce experience to support a Business Banking CRM platform. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with development, contribute to design and architecture decisions, and take ownership of new features from concept through release.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce CRM solutions.
Build and enhance applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
Participate in solution design, architecture, and hands-on development.
Own end-to-end delivery of features and projects.
Collaborate with business product teams, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Address Salesforce data-volume challenges and develop scalable solutions.
Support API connectivity and integrations.
Manage version control and development workflows using Bitbucket.
🔹 Required Skills
✅ 8+ years of enterprise Salesforce development experience
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Triggers
✅ Experience with Salesforce solution design and architecture
✅ Strong understanding of data volume, scalability, and performance optimization
✅ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
✅ Experience with API connectivity and integrations
✅ Bitbucket version control experience
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience
Java development experience
Salesforce certifications
Ability to take ownership of features and work independently
