Senior Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead

Tasks

• Drive Agile delivery, coach cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and promote continuous improvement across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Hands-on experience with PI Planning and Agile Release Train (ART) concepts.
• Sprint planning, release planning, and backlog refinement.
• Dependency, risk, issue, and impediment management.
• Agile metrics, dashboards, reporting, and delivery tracking.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Strong Agile coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Jira and Confluence
• Clarity or similar enterprise planning tools
• Agile dashboards and reporting tools
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
• Any discrepancy or forged document identified during verification will result in immediate profile rejection.
