Job description
About the role
Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Mentor onshore and offshore teams.
Requirements
- 8–10 Years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- 8+ years of test automation framework design and development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Cucumber/BDD frameworks.
- 5+ years of REST API/Web Services testing experience.
- 3+ years of JMeter-based performance testing.
- Experience developing test scripts, test cases, and test data.
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Full-stack, third-party integration, and end-to-end system testing experience.
- Preferred: Python, JavaScript, AWS, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD.
- Preferred: Apigee or other API gateways.
- Preferred: Microservices architecture, TDD, and Agile/Lean methodologies.
- Preferred: Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
- Candidates must be local to Chicago or anywhere in IL.
