Senior ServiceNow Architect

Tasks

• Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations.
• Lead solution design workshops and convert business requirements into technical architecture.
• Design workplace services, including Space Management, Reservation Management, Visitor Management, and Workplace Case Management.
• Implement EAM capabilities covering asset lifecycle, maintenance, work orders, inventory, and vendor integrations.
• Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance.
• Prepare HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform health assessments.
• Mentor developers and technical teams.
• Drive platform modernization, upgrades, and ServiceNow best practices.
